A new License, Supply and Distribution Agreement has been
signed by Pioneer Pharma and Pharmascience on Sep 30th 2011.
Pharmascience Inc, the third largest pharmaceutical firm in Canada,
specializes in developing a range of generic and innovative quality
products. As a brand new partnership with Pioneer,
Pharmascience has granted an exclusive license to commercialize a
few anti-hypertensive, anti-epileptic and anti-herpes products in
China. On the other hand, as Pharmascience is Pioneer's first
strategic partner in Canada, the agreement has significant
strategic value to Pioneer Pharma. Both parties find the agreement
will definitively strengthen their current business and market
position.
